2017 SHAB SHAB Project

Questionnaire
★Background:
Many local projects have been implemented and new ideas have been developed every year to design projects that are more beneficial to the local community. However, the nature of the problem, the so-called "good" and "suitable" projects, should be the most accurate from the perspective of the service provider. If there is only the service team’s observation or reflection and evaluation, perhaps the results are not objective enough to the project, so we hope to use the questionnaire to get the most direct feedback
★Objectives:
-
Promote the improvement of the project.
-
To bring greater benefits for the service and improve service quality.
★Content:
First, determine the project that need analyzing and classify the property of the project .Then designed questions for the project (about 15 to 20 questions). Requesting agencies to write the questionnaire in advance. Statisticing the result and determining whether the project to be retained or not depends on the score of the project.
Video Making
★Background:
When it comes to ‘FLYoung-Swaziland,’ people only know that we do volunteering in Swaziland, Africa. However, it’s difficult for them to comprehend what we exactly do. Therefore, we would like to film a video, like many other NGOs, record down all the important moments.
★Objectives:
Through the video, we can introduce ‘’Fly Young-Swaziland’’ to the people interested in joining us more precisely. They can quickly understand the operating mode and the working content. Also, we hope the video can help us find sponsor and cooperative partner. Of course, the video can serve as a memorial to those who engaged in the volunteering.
